Searchable Property Assessments
Visitors can search by parcel number, house number, street name, street suffix, or assessment year. Paginated results make larger datasets easier to navigate from desktop and mobile devices.

Responsive Distribution Charts
Accessible, responsive charts make tax distributions easier to understand. Administrators can independently enable or disable the taxing-authority and City-service charts for each year.
If configured City-service percentages total less than 100%, the plugin automatically includes an “Other City Services” category for the remaining amount.

Import Assessment Data
Upload a properly formatted CSV file. The plugin validates headers, parcel and year values, assessment amounts, field lengths, and duplicate parcel/year records before any public data is replaced.

Configure the Tax Year
Enter the applicable taxing authorities and mill rates, identify the City authority, and configure how the City portion is distributed among municipal services.
Separate configurations can be maintained for each assessment year.

Publish Search and Details Pages
Add the supplied WordPress shortcodes to a Property Search page and a Property Details page. The plugin works within the site’s existing WordPress design and provides responsive public output.
